Kevin, the gentleman behind the desk at night was great. His communication and customer service is terrific!! The TVs are great and my room was very clean and well maintained. The lady with red hair and earbuds in her ears desperately needs to be retrained or held accountable. I assume employees are not supposed to wear ear buds while working at the front desk. Usually it doesn't bother me, but she clearly did not want to be at work on 10/12/23. Would've given 5 stars if not for her.

I would stay at Doubletree next time as it seems to be a bit better. At this hotel, I lost hot water 3 of 4 mornings alth5it was restored in under 5 minutes when I called the desk to report it. As a business traveler, I would not use the restaurant again due to the excessive detail on the receipt which took much longer to expense.

I would like to Thank you, Kevin-Front desk, who was awesome from checking me in and out. He was just awesome with helping me with my room and room key. He really did make everything easier. My whole stay was great. My drink from the bar was prefect, breakfast was great! My room was nice and clean and roomy. Customer Service from Front Desk-Kevin, to the bar tender and Saturday morning breakfast chef, AWESOME! So Thank you Hilton Garden Inn. See you in Sept. 2023

So disappointed in our stay. First thing we noticed upon walking in was that the breakfast was closed for the duration of our stay. Upon checking in, we were told we could get breakfast at the hotel next door. When heading to our room there were dirty pieces of laundry on the floor near the elevator. Wall paper was peeling and the state of the room was just okay. The curtain was falling off the run so it was not possible to close it completely to drown out the outdoor lights from the parking lot. The beds are extremely hard and there is no outlet on the outside wall to plug a phone in near the bed. The first night the pool looked grungy and the second night we arrived back to the hotel to find out that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, very disappointed.

Everything was great! My room was clean and tidy, the front desk was helpful and friendly! My only problem was that they used a device that won't allow you to use your mobile data, forcing you to use their wifi which wasn't the greatest but it worked.

The hotel itself is ok. They bathroom needs work as the toilet wobbles when you get on or off (even for my 5yo). The bed is SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. I moved to the floor and it was more comfortable. Hardest mattress I EVER slept on.

Only 2 of 8 power outlets in room worked, no working outlets in bathroom and yes the occ outlet was reset. The phone in the room did not work at all. TV you get 8 local channels, HBO you get 6 channels that's it. Wifi did not work in my room either.
